Not much of a problem for me but since we’re the first group to be called about just anything I had to react. SHadowed the users citrix session and found out that it was a sql problem on some server we don’t manage. I let the servicedesk put the cal trough to the proper group that handles it and that was about it. Took me 30 minutes in total and after just little more then an hour the call was completely solved.
Yippekayee it’s that time again to have standby duty. Thankfully am at another customer now and here standby means till midnight so am actually ensured of some sleep.
Did some gardening again yesterday and got rid of 2 loads sand. Thanks to my back neighbor the dumping was split between us but still it was hard work for someone who ain’t used to hard work anymore.
Gwen learned yesterday about backsliding I guess. She was going around the room pretty fast I have to say.
